With extensive expertise in product launches, Jayson has successfully introduced nine regenerative medicine and aesthetic devices to the market, demonstrating his commitment to innovation and value-driven solutions. With an MBA from NYU Stern and a background in chemistry, Redmond blends analytical precision with strategic insight. She is most passionate about building brands, cultivating cultures of excellence, and fostering meaningful partnerships within the medical aesthetics community.
